Grant trade account access levels that are either, instant access, require email validation or impose an approval process for access. This integrates with the Form Builder allowing you to create Trade Account registration forms with an approval process.

Credit accounts

Would you like to be able to offer your trade customers credit accounts? Evance allows you configure credit accounts per customer including the value of credit (e.g. £1,000) and the terms of invoice (e.g. 30 days). Easily enable or disable credit, configure payment options for credit account customers (e.g. Bank Transfer) and your customers will see payment methods available to them at checkout. 

Trade price lists

The ability to manage multiple price lists based on permissions. By default, pricing is set to Everyone on-line, but trade access levels means that you are able to manage any number of trade price lists per product. Trade customers login to see their pricing.

EU VAT number verification

VAT registered customers from the EU can have their VAT number verified so that they do not need to pay VAT which would be claimed back at a later date. This helps your customers’ cash flow. Or If you're a UK business selling to trade customers in France, for example, you can offer your customers the option to remove VAT by entering an EU VAT number into their cart. Evance integrates directly with the EU Commission's database to validate their VAT number before removing VAT from their order.

Invoices and dispatch notes

Automatically generated invoices and dispatch notes branded to you. A new PDF renderer sends PDF versions of invoices to customers upon email. 

Contact discounts

Reward customer loyalty with discount structures on selected products. Assign any number of discount structures per customer and they’ll receive the best discount available when they checkout without the need to enter a promotional code in their cart. Add or remove any number of available product discount structures per contact - they’ll receive discounts assigned to them automatically the next time they order.

Quantity based pricing

Buying in bulk is generally associated with discounts. Why buy 1 bag of jelly beans when you can buy 100 and get a sweet discount. Evance gives you the opportunity to promote quantity based pricing. Remember those jelly beans at £3.95? They're only £2.25 each for 100 - sweet.

Min/Max order quantity

Specify the minimum or maximum number quantity of product that a customer can purchase per order.


Evance Stockists facility enables manufactures and wholesaler catalogue sites to link to ecommerce sites that sell their products. Individual products can be linked directly to the product page of an online retailer. Stockists functionality also ties in with the Evance store finder map and informs customers that the product range is available to purchase online (or in store) and links to an appropriate page on the retailer's website.

Enquiry only products

Set specified products to enquiry only. If an enquiry only product is added to the cart, the entire cart becomes an enquiry to be quoted.
