Evance supports manual and integrated payments via a growing list of payment gateways for the following payment types:

Credit/debit card
Payments by card may be used for one-off payments via integrated payment gateways only. The only exception is Evance’s “Card Simulator”, which allows the checkout process to be tested without requiring an integration or real credit card data. |

Cash
Cash payments are available as a manual one-off payment only. |
|
Cheque
Payments by cheque are available as a manual one-off payment only. |

Direct Debit
Payments via direct debit are associated with recurring payments. For single/one-off payments please see “Bank Transfer”. Direct debit payments are available as a manual process for arrangement post-sale, or via an integrated direct debit gateway. |

Finance
Payments via finance may only be used for one-off payments as a manual process for arrangement post-sale, or via an integrated finance gateway. |

Bank Transfer
Bank transfers represent single/one-off payments and are not suitable for recurring payments. Bank transfers are available as a manual process for arrangement post-sale, or via integrated gateways using open banking. |

Standing Order
Unlike Direct Debits where payment is taken via a Direct Debit mandate, a Standing Order represents a recurring payment established by the customer. Hence, Standing Orders are only available as a manual payment method. |

Manual payments
